How to user TGM Watches

I ordered and received a TGM 89R watch. No user manual was included. How do I get my hands on a user manual?

After several days of waiting for my order, the watch I finally received was not the one I had ordered. The strap is black, whereas I had ordered a blue one. In addition, the crown button does not work, so I cannot adjust the watch. It also lacks the watch’s seal on the underside and does not include a user manual. I request an immediate refund and the reshipment of the correct watch at your shipping expense.

I can’t seem to push in the knob back in I used to change the time. Do I push in and turn clockwise? Your feedback is appreciated.
