Return eligibility

Eligible items can be returned within 45 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
The original product seal must be intact and attached.
Include all original packaging, certificates and promotional items.
Jewelry must not have been resized or modified by a third party.
Products containing GIA-certified diamonds are excluded from returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Ring resizing

One complimentary resizing is available for eligible engraved or non-engraved rings within 45 calendar days of receipt. Resizing is limited to the sizes offered by Hearfox and does not include changes to the ring's width or thickness.

Resizing can take up to 25 business days after the item has been inspected. Contact us to confirm the available sizes and eligibility before returning a ring.

Engraving

Engraving requests must be arranged when placing the original order and cannot be added after delivery. Contact us before ordering to confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

Jewelry warranty

The Jewelry Collection has a lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear, including worn prongs or thinning bands.
Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes or household cleaners.
Stones or parts lost or damaged through accidents or negligence.
Unauthorized alterations or repairs, which void the warranty.

How to request a return or warranty service

Contact us with your order number, the item name and the reason for your request.
Wait for return instructions before sending your item. Follow the packing and addressing instructions provided for your request.
Once the item arrives, allow 2–4 business days for inspection and processing. Resizing and repair times begin after inspection; resizing may take up to 25 business days.
